Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Shawn Lee, dentist, with his family

Dr. Shawn Lee

Founder, Dentist

A native of Rogers, Dr. Shawn Lee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. Graduating from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1988, he returned home with a strong commitment to provide the highest quality of care to this community. Dr. Lee is a member of the American Dental Association, the Arkansas State Dental Association, and the Northwest Arkansas Dental Association.

Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family as well as traveling and golfing.

Dr. Erin James


Dr. Erin James received her undergraduate degree from Hendrix College in 2006 where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She then attended the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2010, graduating with honors in 2010 and receiving a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

She began practicing in her hometown of Rogers in 2010. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts,  and cheering on the Hogs.

Dental Hygienist

A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, Kandi Jeffcoat has been a part of our practice since 1994. She is married with two children and loves spending time with her family and friends traveling, hiking, running, and playing games.

Kelly Foster

Dental Hygienist

Kelly Foster graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She joined our team in 2021. She lives in Cave Springs with her husband and their shih-tsu and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Candice Osborne

Dental Hygienist

Candice graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Dental Hygiene program in 2002. She has been with the practice since 2014. She enjoys family life, traveling, cooking, and hanging out by any water.

Stephanie Jostad

Dental Assistant

Stephanie has been a dental assistant since 2017, when she graduated from Dental Assistant School. She had the honor of working on a Mobile Dental Unit through Washington Regional Hospital helping provide dental work for low income families and homeless shelters for two years. She joined this team in 2020. She loves spending time with her family fishing, camping and finding new outdoor family activities.

Donna Serio

Dental Assistant

Donna is a Registered Dental Assistant who joined the practice in 2018. She is a mom to three boys and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, and doing crafts.

Charae Red


Charae is a 2009 Bentonville High School graduate. Following a move to Chicago in 2014 she attended the College of Dupage with a focus in healthcare. She is now back in northwest Arkansas and has worked in the practice for two years. In her free time she enjoys going to concerts, traveling, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her friends, family, and pets.

Kyndal Galyean


Kyndal is a 2014 honors graduate from Gravette High School. Her college studies focused on healthcare and she is still working toward a career in that area. She has been with the practice for two years. In her free time she likes to play video games, spend time with friends, lounge with her animals, and take naps.
